HOW DO I PACKAGE AND SHIP THE ORDER
Packing and shipping your items is very important. Older vinyl recordings are very sensitive to scratching and any bending.
HOW DO I SHIP ALBUMS?
All phonograph records must be shipped in a rigid box. Do not ship in a padded envelope. Go to the post office and ask for Express or Priority Mail boxes. They are free of charge. The larger vinyl albums fit nicely in the larger boxes. Fill the empty space with bubble wrap (available at the Post Office, office supply stores, or shipping stores. However, old newspapers, cardboard spacers, etc., can also be used. Seal your box and send. Be sure to write "DO NOT BEND" on the package.
HOW DO I SHIP 78rpm RECORDS?
These records are more fragile, and require careful handling. You can use Priority Mail Boxes from the Post Office, or select stronger boxes from a shipping products store. These boxes must be very rigid on the outside because of the weight of the records. It is best to alternate records and squares of heavy stiff corrugated cardboard. Make sure your records are in vinyl or paper sleeves. These records are easily scratched, so try to wrap them as tightly as possible to avoid any movement in the packing. Wrap this "sandwich" of alternating layers of records and cardboard tightly with tape, then pack it carefully into a larger box with plenty of room around the "sandwich" for bubble wrap, or other kinds of packing. The package should be marked as "FRAGILE - PHONOGRAPH RECORDS".
HOW DO I SHIP AUDIO TAPES (Cassettes, 8-tracks, reel-to-reel)
Tapes are more durable and can be shipped in padded envelopes, or in boxes surrounded by bubblewrap.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction. The recordings or other material submitted to us on this order will be returned to you in its original form when the processing is complete, and our liability for any loss, damage, or delay to materials will be limited to the replacement cost of tapes of similar size and quantity. Any original tape recordings will be repaired to the best of our ability and returned to you.
RECORDSNTAPES2CD will not be liable for any item damaged during shipment to the processing facility. All items will be returned to you.
For return shipment, if any item is damaged during return shipment, RECORDSNTAPES2CD should be notified within 10 days. Return the original items to us, and we will replace and reprocess the CD's at no cost, except for return shipping and handling. RECORDSNTAPES2CD will notify you by email when the return order is shipped. If items returned are lost or delayed during return shipment, RECORDSNTAPES2CD must be notified within 10 days of shipment if order not received in order to track the shipment. RECORDSNTAPES2CD is not liable for replacement of any items lost during return shipment.
All finished products are thoroughly tested before shipment to you. We cannot guarantee that the CD's provided will be playable on all CD players. If, however, the CD's are not playable on any compatible CD/DVD player, return the item and the orginal materials to us within 30 days for replacement transfer to CD. Any changes or corrections to your original order will be considered a new order and charged accordingly.
